RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
When we receive the returned item, we will process the return and refund the full amount paid for the returned product. Unfortunately, we cannot refund return shipping fees.
If you wish to exchange the product for another one, we can exchange the product upon receiving the item in an acceptable condition.
If the returned item has clearly been worn, damaged or is noticeably different than its original condition, we will not be able to refund the item. The returned item must be in original packaging.
If the returned item is not refundable, it may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
If a customer has provided the incorrect shipping address, we cannot cover the reshipping costs of the product.
We cannot except returns on jewellery, bottles, sale items or hats.
