Q. What makes our products eco-friendly?
A. We make sure that all of our products are ethically and sustainably sourced, and organic where possible, so that they don’t cost the earth. Each product page will detail information about this.
Q. How do I care for my product?
A. Each item of clothing will have the care guidelines printed on the label. If you're unsure about how to care for a specific product, then send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Q.How do I apply a discount?
A. If you have a discount code, you should be able to apply it at the checkout. If you're still having trouble, contact one of the team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Q. What size will fit me?
A. We put the measurements of our products on their individual descriptions.
Q. An item is out of stock. When will it be back?
A. You should be able to find our expected restock date in the product description. If there’s nothing there, we’re not yet sure when the item will be back in stock. Contact one of the team at email@example.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Q. When will my package arrive?
A. In the UK, we aim to dispatch our products within two working days after getting a payment. We use first or second class royal mail post, so after dispatch the item should arrive within 2-4 days. For international shipping, your product should arrive between 4 -10 days after we've sent it off.
Q. What do I do if my product is late?
A. Try to bear with us! If it’s been more than a couple of days, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure that everything has gone through smoothly on our end.
Q. What do I do if my product never arrives?
A. If it’s been longer than 14 days after the expected delivery time, get in touch on email@example.com we can either refund you or send you another one if we can.
Q. Do I get a tracking number?
A. We can sometimes provide a tracking number, but it depends on your location and what you purchase. If you 100% need one, contact one of the team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We do! We ship to the UK, and to all over the world for an additional shipping cost.
Q.How much does shipping cost?
A. The shipping cost varies for each item and where it’s going. Check the product description for details.
Q. Will I have to pay customs fees?
A. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any additional customs fees that may be charged with international shipping.
Q. What if I have provided the wrong shipping address?
A. It's up to you to provide the correct shipping address, as we cannot cover the reshipping costs ourselves. Be sure to double-check you’ve put in the correct details before committing to buy, but if you catch the error before we've dispatched your product, contact us at email@example.com and we can try to rectify the problem.
Q. How do I cancel an order?
A. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and if it hasn’t been dispatched yet we will cancel it for you and you'll get your money back. Easy.
Q. How do I make a return?
A. If you’re not completely happy with your product and wish to return it, get in touch with us at email@example.com within 30 days after you’ve purchased the item. Please take a look at our returns policy to make sure we can honour the return for you.
Q. When is the best time to contact customer services?
A. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . The best time to get a quick response from one of our team is from 10am till 4pm on weekdays.
Q. Do I have to pay postage if I make a return?
A. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the shipping cost of returned items. Please take a look at our returns policy for more details.

Q. Can I send you photos, video and other media to use?
A. Of course! However, we reserve the right to edit any media you may send us (including ones with our own team in) to maintain our own creative control and branding.
Q. Who designs your graphics?
A. Lots of wonderful people! Our website was designed by the WildSupport team. Our tees have been designed by the WildSupport team which has included amazing student interns. Our coffee labels were designed by our team using resources from Freepik.com
